Career Guidance takes the benefits of career assessments and career counseling to the next level. It is the process where a career guide helps you on your path to career development and career success. Being successful in a career takes extensive efforts, and with an experienced coach/mentor, your career development efforts can find the right direction.
What Are Career Assessments?
A Career Assessment is a test designed to understand where your unique set of strengths, aptitudes, and skills lie in order to recommend the right careers for you. Finder Career Assessment is an online career test that evaluates you on 64 parameters across 7 dimensions, including Personality, Aptitude, Interest, Curiosity Level, IQ, EQ, and Orientation Style, to suggest your top career options.
How much time does the entire career guidance process take?
The career guidance process is divided into 2 parts - career assessment and counseling. The online career assessment on a whole takes about 1 hour to complete. Following this, you can schedule your counseling sessions. Each counseling session typically lasts for 1 to 1.5 hours. The time gap between the 3 sessions is not fixed, and you can take them depending on your requirement and availability.
